Westmont Hospitality Extended stay is looking for a Project Supervisor who can start immediately!!!



We are looking to add an energetic Project Supervisor to manage a 6 month - 12 month multi-regional renovations project. The Project Supervisor views daily matters as challenges, not problems. This position will require road warrior level travel (90%) in support of numerous extended stay hotel remodel projects. The ideal candidate is an organized, strong communicator able to drive projects through to completion while keeping all key stakeholders appraised of project status and or any obstacles preventing success.


  • Oversee maintenance and service on multiple renovation projects from start to finish.
  • Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the design, construction, and maintenance of structures, facilities and systems.
  • Constantly travel to project sites throughout the portfolio to maintain first-hand knowledge of progress.  
  • Solicit quotes and issue work to subcontractors.
  • Resolve day to day issues with subcontractors.
  • Schedule subcontractors by need and location.
  • Coordinate material orders and delivery with Renovations Coordinator and Director of Facilities.
  • Work closely with General Managers to ensure steady progression of the renovations process.
  • Track and report on progress of all projects within your assigned portfolio on a weekly basis.
  • Collect and submit project closeout documentation including photos and completion forms etc
  • 90% Travel via car and or plane as needed to reach project work site.
  • Architectural or Construction Management Degree with a minimum of five years Hospitality construction experience preferred.
  • Excellent Communication skills, written and oral.
  • Proficient computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel) - computer literacy is a must!
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Attention to detail Spelling, quote review, document preparation, naming and filing.
  • Negotiation Schedule and compensation with subcontractors.
  • Positive thinking and attitude.
  • General understanding of construction and break/fix maintenance including flooring, doors, fixtures, finishes and more is preferred.
