The chosen incumbent will be exposed to day to day operations in multiple departments throughout the company as well as be tasked with various projects/assignments. This may include updating and/or creating spreadsheets, filing, performing basic accounting functions and creating and/or updating work documents, taking guest calls etc. This position is estimated to be roughly 30% administrative work and 70% assisting revenue, human resources, facilities management, marketing and customer service.


  • Assist with various departmental tasks designed to provide a thorough overview of each area of specialty within the hotel management field.
  • May restock supply closet and kitchen as needed.
  • May answer incoming phone calls
  • May greet clients, suppliers and visitors to the organization
  • Assist department heads with projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Individuals with a desire and focus on learning hotel management, guest relations and or hotel operations strongly preferred.


  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work as a team player within all levels of the organization
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to use various sales and marketing research tools such as Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
